REFUND POLICY
Due to the artisanal nature of our processes, the purchased product may vary slightly from the photo displayed.
Returns:

  • The period to apply for the refund policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company. The product is shipped with optimal packaging, any improper handling is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days. The refund time after this period depends on the third-party service.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us and we will provide you with the physical address to ship the product to.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reasons for Ineligibility for Refund:

  • The product was used, damaged or abused.

  • Allergy to the material.

  • More than 15 days have passed since receipt.
